River Ninja Outfitters Owner and Head guide Alex Forsberg began his guiding career in 2013 guiding for Minturn Anglers in Vail, CO. Colorado Summers create a fast and furious season to cut your teeth very quickly as a guide and angler. Alex has experienced an extremely heightened learning curve in Colorado. Going from a rookie guide from the Midwest to a seasoned rower of white water and experienced guide in a few shorts years. Teaching and learning are very important to Alex. He never stops learning, and loves to pass on knowledge to other anglers. Colorado is a fun and beautiful landscape for Alex to call his office for a few months of the year, during the summers. From September through June Alex gets to call the north woods rivers of Michigan his workplace and home. Alex enjoys his work and feels truly blessed to work in the outdoors and introduce it to others.
